This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). Please read this policy carefully before using the App.

At a glance

• There is no account and no sign-up. UNIT never asks who you are.
• Your conversions stay on your phone. History, favourite units and settings are stored locally and are never sent anywhere.
• The developer collects nothing. There are no analytics, no crash trackers and no servers behind the app.
• Ads are the one exception. Google AdMob serves them and processes data under its own policy — section 4 explains exactly what, and how to limit it.

01Who this policy is from

UNIT is an independent iOS app made by Eren. This policy explains what happens to information when you use it. It covers the UNIT app only, not any website or service you might reach by tapping an advertisement.

If anything here is unclear, the contact address in section 11 reaches a person, not a queue.

02What UNIT does not collect

To be direct about the parts most policies bury: UNIT has no user accounts, no login, no cloud sync and no backend of its own. The developer does not receive your conversions, your settings, your location, your contacts, your photos, or any identifier that points back to you.

There is no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK and no attribution SDK in the app.

03What is stored on your device

UNIT keeps a small amount of information locally so the app is useful the second time you open it. None of it leaves your phone, and none of it is readable by the developer.

All of it lives in the app's own storage on your device. Deleting UNIT deletes it. You can also clear the conversion history at any time from Settings → Data → Clear history.

04Advertising

UNIT is free and is funded by advertising. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which is part of Google. When an ad is requested or displayed, Google may collect and process information such as:
